Bought a small (10ft x 10ft) porta cabin / office off them, had to pay up front over 5k, took 3 months to get delivered after repeated phone calls, seems they kept forgetting. When it did get delivered it was sub standard but I never complained. 8 months later I noticed all the roof had bowed and was holding water, when I called to ask if anything could be done they said my warranty had already ran out. Sort it out yourself basically. All they want is the money out of your pocket then they wash their hands of you. I wouldnt do business with them ever again, even if my life depended on it. Criminal.

I had a very disappointing post delivery experience. If you are to buy from this company ensure all your requests and spec details of what you agree are clearly in writing otherwise they are likely to renege. Check everything before delivery. I had verbally agreed our cabin would have its roof painted as it was in poor condition. I forgot to look at the roof prior to delivery and on delivery realised it hadnt been done. By this point it was too late and they didnt want to know. Much of the finish otherwise was adequate but when looking thoroughly attention to detail was poor and the job looked rushed. They do give a warranty but when the cold weather came we were out and we discovered a radiator hadnt been wired in correctly (at all!). I made contact about this a number of times but again this came to no avail. My experience displayed a real lack of common decency and integrity. I see no reason why dealing with Halletts cant be better if orders are done professionally and requirements are fulfilled prior to parting with money as these cabins are not cheap.

From initial enquiry to completed delivery and installation Halletts were exceptional. Their customer service, accessibility for communication and their endeavours to meet my specific requirements all exceeded my expectations. We provide regular abnormal load escorts for Halletts when they are moving wide loads. They are a great company to work with with some cracking drivers.
