Karen did an amazing groom on my Molly. Shes a ahichon so can get very knotty. Wed had a bad experience previously which made me very nervous taking Molly for a groom but Karen listened and made sure Molly was at ease and I have no problems when I take her to Special Friends

It was lovely meeting Karen yesterday and what a wonderful groom she gave Arlo our cockapoo. It was his first time with Karen and he was so relaxed and content when I picked him up. He was made to feel at home, allowed to wander her garden and the process wasn't rushed. He looked and smelt absolutely gorgeous when we got him home. His cut is a really professional job and we've already booked in again for his next one. Highly recommend!

I have been using Special Friends Dog & Cat Grooming for the past two years after using numerous other dog groomers and now I would not use anyone else. Karen is very friendly, professional and approachable. My Pomeranian doesnt seem to mind going to the groomers anymore as Karen seems to put him at ease he seems to be very comfortable and happy in a nice sized spaced Doggy Salon and he always looks exceptional when I pick him up =)

I have been using Karen for over 20 years. Karen is one in a million and always goes that extra mile to help. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Karen is very professional, friendly and very easy to talk to. You can feel the love she has for all her special furry friends. My dog comes back from Karens totally calm beautifully cut and smells amazing. Thanks for you fantastic service Karen your brilliant.
