Paul helped me with a problem with my foot, and it has been much better since. He also was able to show me how to exercise my hands and wrists, as I have arthritis, so that I can continue this at home. He has a wealth of knowledge about how to improve our health, improving on what we have, and I am very grateful for his help.

I would always recommend Paul, I have seen him for two different conditions/problems over time and he has sorted these out quickly and effectively each occasion. I really would not use anyone else he is brilliant
