amazing i am waiting my money almost 1 month , when i try to contact with customer service no body reply ! Where is my money?????????

Clothing worn for a few weeks. Handful of washes and bobbling/looks like years old. See photos, already looking wrecked and all rest of my clothes are great condition. Such poor quality. Generally been happy before. But what makes things worse for me is when I Contacted customer service they said they wont refund or do anything not even offering exchange even though they promise a 6 month guarantee. What a shame. Lost a loyal customer

I was utterly shocked and disappointed at the customer service of this brand. I made an order for a Christmas gift for a friend and the order was cancelled due to them rejecting my card payment for some unexplainable reason which they were noy apologetic for. Its already mid Jan, and when I asked for them to allow me to pay again, they insist I reorder on my own from scratch on the website at full price and refuse to honour the price that I was suppose to pay on the day I ordered it in Dec. Absolutely disappointed with the service standards and how unhelpful the staff was, and if I could, I would never recommend buying from them to anyone.
