        Having played sport all my life I thought my back and neck pain was just something I had to live with. I meet Dr Carter several years ago and he has changed the way I take care of my body and stay fit. Regular neck adjustments also help reduce headaches I experience due to screen time. If you have the same issues I had, or want to prevent postural and back issues in the future I highly recommend you check this practice out
