What a gem! this pub placed near a busy main road can be easily driven passed, but if you do you are going to miss a real treat because behind the pub is the accommodation which over looks the Blyth estuary if fact so close you can even bird watch from your room! the four rooms are based around a courtyard and are clean and modern and very quiet. The relief manager was covering at the time and the perfect host a credit to the Adnams team all staff friendly and the food fantastic we a defo going back a very relaxing stay in a beautiful part of the country
