        Brought a sonik 8000 salt water reel and was so impressed with the reel Brought another 1 and for costumer service they are great called them as I lost the handle nut and without asking any questions they took my address and delivered it for free. Many thanks Sonik team.

        I bought the Gizmo bite alarms and had to exchange them twice because they didn't survive the rain. The third set is now beeping constantly with no action on the line and Sonik no longer cares because the warranty has expired. So I will definitely not buy any more Sonik products.
