        Always a pleasure to deal with staff, from the engineer who calls to service my system to whoever answers my phonecall (I believe there are 3 of them, but all so pleasant when I ring) I am contacted every year to tell me my service is due. This is a big help. An excellent company.

        Kevin the engineer arrived as arranged, he was polite and pleasant as usual. He carried out a thorough annual system check, made a adjustment to the alarm sequence that I requested and even had time to share a joke or two! As always, we were very pleased with the staff and workmanship of Standard Alarms.
