        Use this post office every week for banking and I find the staff so helpful, not had any problems.

        Very rude, mis-informed/un-trained staff, I was told you can't get a second passport when I made an enquiry on the passport form, this is completely incorrect, shocking attitude with no urge to offer help. Very bad reflection of royal mail.

        Daughters been twice once on Saturday and was told they didnt have time to do what she wanted on there laptop took her phone number to ring her with an appt to do it no phone call went back today and there iPad isnt set up to do it you will have to go to cramlington!! Why didnt they say that in beginning what a waste of time
