Every month they lie to me. Yesterday i phonecd and was told my medication will be ready to pick up at 6pm. So i went at 7pm only to wait for 15 minutes to then be told that my meds haven't been processed yet and some are out of stock but will be ready to collect tomorrow at 6pm. Really? Tomorrow? Just like yesterday?

Was sent here from walk in centre on a Sunday for a prescription needed immediately and it wasn't open. Website said it was open until 8pm. We had to drive back to Ashington

Me and my family go to this branch on a regular basis and i would certainly recommend it to family and friends, I would like to thank a lady called Jan she always goes above and beyond to assist us, she is always very cheerful and she always makes my day .
