        Queues out the door. Snails pace service. We are not at the height of an epidemic anymore why is this boots so slow ? I had to go back to work and couldn't wait..so yet another journey the next day.

        Working their hardest to keep everyone safe and catch up since covid. Staff always polite and friendly, even when very busy and under pressure.

        The staff told me my partners prescription wasn't there got intouch with the doctors who said it has gave us a barcode to go to another chemist but boots plessey road have already downloaded the script so they lied and while I was there I saw 3 people come in saying they had been given the wrong medication and all they said is we will swap it

        The staff are extremely friendly and helpful most of the time, was always the best chemist Id used until the pharmacist Pam and Julie retired. Now on arrival expect to wait in a que for roughly 40 minutes before being seen, and the opening times seem to now be to suit them when it states open on Google they actually are closed until 12 so probably best to call before to make sure they are open. Im taking nothing away from the remaining staff however they work extremely hard during difficult times, but things werent this bad at the midst of covid think its because we are stuck using locums hopefully it will be back to normal soon. #bringbackpam #bringbackjulie
