Just sold my parents house through Rickards and couldnt have asked for a better team. The professionalism & attention to detail started the day the house was valued and continued until the contract was signed. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process and Gill, Chloe and Gillian were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them 100% to anyone buying or selling a house.

Having been with another "estate agent" for over a year, we finally made the right decision to switch to Rickard in Blyth. The difference in house interest was immediate, with the house being sold shortly after starting to work with them. Gillian was always there to help and no issue was left unresolved if anything needed taken care of. I didn't have to chase for updates or potential viewings, the team was always on the ball. My partner and I have just bought our first home with Rickard and we cannot recommend them enough. They have been professional and supportive throughout the whole process, they fought our corner at every twist and turn and nothing was ever a problem for them, all of the staff go above and beyond. We are over the moon to finally have our own home and we are so glad we went through the process with Rickard. 10/10 service!

We would definitely recommend Rickard, Blyth. We have been very impressed with the service they have provided. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is no hard sell approach. Pricing was clear with no hidden extras! We were happy with their valuation on the property. We were regularly updated by staff before and after viewings and throughout the process when we accepted an offer. Any questions or queries we had were responded to quickly. They sold our property within the first week. Excellent company, excellent staff!
