        Recently visited V&N for the first time. My wife needed a particularly well-loved, unusual (and fiddly!) bracelet repaired. We had been to other jewellers who all either tutted and said they could do nothing - or proposed a repair that would cost as much as the bracelet. Absolute breath of fresh air when we entered V&N. The lady who dealt with us understood what we needed (and why); she asked her colleague for his expertise - and, without a murmur, he sat down and repaired the bracelet there and then. We asked how much: he said it was free with his compliments. Fantastic attitude; lovely people. Impressed? You betcha! If you want lovely jewellery with great service (so rare these days), just go to V&N...
