I went into the store over 2 weeks ago for a small amount of Malaysian and Thai
Currency for a 4 week trip. Was told they only order on a Tuesday morning for Friday delivery and I had missed the cutoff time. Told them it was fine I would order online they talked me out of this by promising the currency today.
Went in to collect my order and no Thai currency was offered a cash card in sted
I wanted 200 in cash for tips and incidentals you can't tip with a currency card.
Totally unreliable and half hearted apologies don't help me out as I am flying right after the new year
If they don't have what you want in stock go elsewhere
I will never use these people again.
