        Visited Bounce yesterday with my 3 children. Was greeted by a lovely staff member. The atmosphere was fantastic and the children had a fabulous time. The new manager, Joanne went above and beyond. She was so friendly and welcoming and had great interaction with everyone. Couldn't fault her. Absolutely brilliant customer service from start to finish from her and also a lovely lady named Kelly. Very relaxed and enjoyable time. Will definitely be returning.
