        Buses are incredibly unreliable, always at least 10 minutes late and extremely full as for some reason single deckers are used at the busiest times, bus drivers are rude and sometimes just give you the wrong ticket and prices are way too expensive, worst bus company in the whole of the UK.

        How this service has anything above 1 star is a mystery. Get the same bus for work on the same days and at the same times every week and it's late every time. Completely unreliable and useless, if I had absolutely any other option I'd take it.
