        Went to blyth DWP today just wanted some guidance ect have worked hard for over 45 yrs I found the staff totally uninterested have definitely no people skills and should be sent on a customer service course to teach them how to get some people skills I hope supervisors or managers read this very disappointing experience

        Helpful in every way. Great service for my companion who has a learning disability. Tucked away in a surprisingly lovely setting. Poorly signed from the main road. Wheelchair accessible

        For the hell hole that this place is for most people this is one of the best I've had to attend. Staff are friendly and helpful and it's clean and quiet.
