We have been ordering regularly from the Hungry Shack since it opened and we always used to enjoy our meals. The last 2 times we have ordered the fries have been under cooked, soggy and greasy and nobody was able to eat them. We were hoping it was just a one off but the next order the fries were exactly the same. I am not one for giving negative reviews but hopefully management will take comments onboard and go back to how they used to cook them because they used to taste amazing.

Order here tonight. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Explained we wanted a refund as the food was contaminated with chilli on a BBQ wing order. Explained last time they came with BBQ sauce and not red and clearly chilli flakes in. The guy on the phone told me that they garnished the BBQ wings with CHILLI. Making them spicy wings. And that I was lying saying I didnt receive the correct item. I asked to speak with his boss as he told me that his boss made this decision. A boss was not even available to discuss contaminating food with chilli. If youre going to change your menu make sure your consumer knows otherwise you are misrepresenting your products and possibly poisoning someone. No thought for people allergies at all. Completely unhelpful and a hazard. Edit: even the plain chicken strips taste spicy due to the cross contamination!!! Dietary restrictions: Contaminated food with chilli. Clearly the boss doesnt know what dietary restrictions are and the risks of not disclosing them
