        One of my favorite away days is Blyth Spartans. The locals are very welcoming and friendly. Curzon scored two late goals to secure an unlikely point at a venue that has always proved historically tough. We arrived at the ground around 1.30 pm so visited the local Weatherspoons (Wallaw). This is a very interesting former cinema building which retains some original features and charm. We also sampled a beer in the Blyth bar which was very reasonably priced. A good away day was had all-round.
