I provided photos of my dogs and discussed my husbands passions for this surprise. Wendy and the team came up with this superb firepit with BBQ. The workmanship and detail are of such a high quality and the character of the dogs is captured beautifully. To say we are pleased is an understatement. We are delighted with our 650mm ball firepit from Firepit Design which makes a striking decorative feature day or night. It is already beginning to acquire the deep rusty patina that the chunky 5mm thick steel will develop over time. Perhaps the most satisfying thing is having a design customised to our own requirements. From the initial contact via the Firepit Design website, Wendy took us through the process of developing the design from an existing pattern, confirming that we were happy with the marked up ball from photos taken in the workshop, and getting the firepit delivered to our door on the appointed day. The service we received was first class throughout making the whole process enjoyable and stress free. It was well worth the premium over an off-the-shelf firepit to get a unique feature that will grace our garden for many years tocome.

An absolutely incredible experience from initial call to deliver. First class service and the most helpful company. Wendy offered superb customer service and communication was excellent. The design team captured everything and more and the Firepit itself is perfect. Thank you so much. I have a very happy husband. A great way to celebrate his 40th. To say I am amazed and happy with the finished Firepit is an understatement. The Help I had with design Ideas & Customer service is second to none.
