Avoid. My daughter had two instructors from this school. Paul undermined her confidence and belittled her with misogynistic and macho attitudes. When she changed to another instructor, Alan, he was much better, friendly and supportive. However he was totally unreliable, cancelling on numerous occasions at short notice, and not responding to texts. Unprofessional.

Excellent driving school! Phil was a calm and patient instructor and put me at ease from my first lesson! Highly recommend :)

Could not recommend this driving school more. Had Phil as an instructor and i passed first time in 7 weeks with only 2 minors. He was so patient and an excellent teacher. Thankyou so so much!

I did not want to leave a bad review but I would like to share my experience. I have started my lessons with Paul who I didn't feel like was the best fit for me with his teaching methods as every lesson seemed like doing the same thing over again with little focus on how I can actually improve my mistakes and practicing them until they are no longer an issue. I am naturally a nervous driver who had a good amount of driving experience prior to COVID and was near ready to do my practical test. In October 2022 I have started my lessons with Paul and until recently completed slightly over 10 hours worth of lessons where I feel like I have had little to no improvement in my driving since I started again. The reason why I have had no further lessons was due to Paul retiring and that being the end of my driving lessons with 121 driving school as I was not assigned a driving instructor as replacement which I find lacking in accountability and professionalism. After enquiring if there is a driving instructor available to take me on I have been disregarded as if I was not an existing student with 121 driving school. Even though Paul was not suited to my learning style and he was brash in his attitude and slightly demoralising, I would like to say that he was quite reliable.
