Embarrassing - as bad as it gets. I called in at this drive thru 2 weeks ago and asked for a regular americano and small soy latte - cashier charged me 11.70 and was extremely blunt and unhelpful when I asked her to check the price wasnt a mistake. Didnt even thank me when I paid, just closed the window shutter in my face and said nothing. Americano tasted cheap and watery and the latte was half full and barely even warm. I challenge the team at this store to seriously review their quality of service and learn the basics of treating customers with respect. Being a large multinational with considerable market share affords no excuse for this. I considered myself a loyal Starbucks customer but now I make sure to visit small independent coffee shops and encourage everyone reading this to do the same. 9 times out of 10 their coffee, in-store atmosphere and service are far superior.
