Visited today around 1pm, to be told there was a 40 minute wait for food even though the restaurant area was pretty quiet and there were 4 staff members in the kitchen, a manager attended and assured us 10 minutes was more realistic, so we waited, the first meal came out 10 minutes after we ordered, the 2nd and 3rd were 20 minutes after so our party of 3 ate separately. The 2nd and 3rd meals had to be sent back as they were not sufficiently cooked! When they were returned all other elements of the meal were cold, but we were by then so hungry we ate the cold food. Every table in the cafe was piled with dirty dishes and half eaten food and floor was filthy with visible debris despite there being 4 staff members behind the counter! The toilets were an even bigger disgrace strong smell of urine, dirty floor and soiled tissue paper on top of sanitary bin and the toilet check for 2pm had been signed by staff and obviously not been carried out as the time was 2.05pm and no one other than myself was there. On the whole the store is unclean in all public areas, cold, extremely drafty and almost all staff encountered were unhelpful and uninteresting except the manager who came to our assistance, clearly a diamond in the rough! Dirty, disgusting overpriced rubbish! t all costs!
