Awful experience. My dress had its final alteration and was collected the day before my wedding. The underskirtwas not the one I had been trying with the dress and was far too long. my dress was too big... Looked horrible and ruined every photo. Had it fastened the tightest it could physically be and spent the day pulling it up

Was really disappointed with the service provided. Expensive for what you get, big mistakes made which added big stress just before my wedding. She ordered in the wrong dress, and in the wrong size. Alteration costs ridiculous considering it was the shops mistake. Also got a belt from them which was stitched on to dress and the diamonds fell out within a couple hours. I also ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses which she somehow also managed to get wrong. I feel like she tried to pass off someone else's order onto me, howelse do you get 7 dresses wrong? Would hate for things to go so wrong for someone else too because believe me, she wont refund or even apologies after. She doesnt have a facebook review, which is also very telling of her customer care.
