Very disappointed with the after care service at Miss Jade's. Made to feel that once she has taken your money she doesn't want to help In anyway. Basically I paid 55 pounds for false lashes for my birthday celebrations and within 2/3 days started to fall out. I was told there was no other appointments available for her to rectify them and offered no other solution. Should have known they weren't going to be right when she said she was out of practice when doing them. First and last time. Managed to go elsewhere and was also told she uses cheap lashes.

I use Miss Jades to get my nails done but have also used her for hair extensions and lash lift and tints. Jade is very professional and extremely talented and I have never been disappointed with the results I have received. The salon has a warm and friendly atmosphere and is always clean to a high standard. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her. Services: Hair extensions, Manicure
