        Made an appointment weeks in advance of a wedding, called in for a patch test and also rang 2 days before my appointment to confirm, when I showed up for my appointment I was told my name had been scratched out the previous day and replaced with another name and they didn't know why, and no they couldn't fit me in for any of the treatments I'd booked prior the the wedding two days later, very disappointed and badly let down.
