Was my first cut in twelve years, apart from me taking matters into my own hands and just chopping my pony tail off, so Beth bless her had her work cut out, she made me feel relaxed and did a really good cut, have booked in again for 8 weeks, thanks again Beth

Overcharged both times I visited. First time they added an extra tenner, but this time have been charged almost double what I was quoted, with no advance warning. Disappointed to have paid nearly twice what I was told, with no warning, and to leave the salon with frizzy hair that isn't styled or even properly dry (despite being charged extra for them to dry it). Nice people, but not good experiences and no longer feel comfortable going in case they charge double again. Substantial surprise added costs during a cost of living crisis isn't good customer experience, much better to be upfront about costs.
