We acquired a private swimming pool in Costessey, Norwich as an investment opportunity in late 2020. The pool came with an existing client list but had been closed for most of 2020 due to Covid. The pool required considerable renovation which took most of our time and added to this was the uncertainty of how much of the existing clients would return. We were keen to find ways of revitalising interest in the facilities. I spoke with Terry at Bluedepth Creative as a recommendation from a friend. I was encouraged by both his friendliness and his interest in my business. It never felt like a sales pitch and instead was more of a two way conversation. Terminology was easy to understand - It was actually very refreshing. Terry helped us identify areas within which we could market the pool. This was primarily a combination of a new website as well as the use of social media using a new dedicated Facebook group and posting within groups local to the area to increase interest. In addition to this Terry also suggested other ways of improving our processes which included providing commonly requested information to eliminate the need for endless calls and emails which would eat our time. We also integrated a mechanism to allow customers to book, pay and manage reservations through the site which then integrates with our Google Calendars. We are now awaiting the hopeful reopening of the pool next week with the easing of Covid restrictions. Our new site is clean, simple and does exactly what we wanted. Our reservations are now pretty much 100% full. We could not be happier.

I approached Terry several months ago, totally lost and confused, regarding a website for promoting my business. He responded quickly to my query and was very friendly, reassuring and I immediately liked him. Over the first few weeks he took the time to learn about my business which enabled him to design a perfect logo for me. We discussed colours, tones and structure of the site and he was very patient with my indecisiveness throughout the process. I think Terry has a natural flair for explaining what I describe as "the mysterious workings of a website" in layman's terms which I welcomed and I would recommend him to anyone who requires a professional website, especially those who really have no idea where to begin. My website is now up and running and I am very pleased with the result so far. It isn't finished yet and I am looking forward to seeing it progress and develop over the next few months.
