        Placed in a queue, starting at 15, spent over half an hour waiting which I dont mind as everyone is in same boat but it was once I got to position 1 I was met with a "sorry we are unable to take your call, call back later" and hung up on me. That is out of order, we sit on the phone line as we are ill

        This number is totally rubbish and fake. Spent 2 hours of waiting with 4 calls as it drops after 30min, I have put 4 different waiting lists carefully made notes. the waiting list is actually people dropping their call automatically after 30min and makes you believe you are next in the queue. You are not, no one is across the line on a BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY 10/04. call started at 11am and 1PM gone. Wasted 2 hours on something which doesn't work. Shame on you. at least don't put lies on the websites that you are open on bank holiday!, pathetic. If I could I would give 0 stars.
