Amazing team all round, these were a recommendation from my colleague. They came out, did me a quote and left me alone to think about it until Im ready. No pressure given. Builders corrected other poor workmanship mistakes. And used all equipment that was needed. Lads who fitted windows were polite, professional and some in good timely manner. We appreciate all the hard work thank you to MBM builders martyn senior and martyn junior for working on a Saturday. and PVCu direct for making our lives that little less stressful, will definitely use again

PVCu Direct were recommended to me by one of the properties neighbouring the flat where I needed work completed, as I'm a landlord living nearly 100 miles away. Their quote was competitive, and they explained the reasons and benefits for using the suppliers and materials that they do. Their estimated installation date was 6 weeks (which I felt was optimistic, given some of the experiences I've heard about recently), but they were actually ready to install within this time. The installation was really professional and the team at their Bloxwich office were very helpful and kept me updated at every stage. There was a small issue that my tenant spotted after the installation (a small glue residue on the living room carpet), but PVCu Direct sent someone out the next day to put it right - no hassle or quibble, and everything was resolved.
