We had a loft conversion completed by Alvaston lofts. We were really pleased with the end result and the process throughout. Every day they arrived on time, as planned, their project manager Paul kept us updated throughout and they finished everything properly and to the timeframes they promised. Each of the team they had on site every day was really professional, pleasant and ensured we had an excellent finish. I was able to get Jamie the owner on the phone / he called me back if I left him a message. In terms of building work we have had completed on our house, they have been best in class in terms of professionalism, finish and approach. My only minor gripe was before the build started around the drawings and the length of time it took to get them but in fairness, they were completed in time for the build to start at the time planned and they completed it within the times they said that they would. I would highly recommend.
