        Today I went into Bloxwich Post Office to be greeted by an exceptionally rude man working there. I asked the man if I could return my parcel and showed him the returns label which included a QR code on my phone. The man said that I needed to print the label at home to which I responded that I didnt and he could scan and print it there. In front of my young children and the other customers he then responded, Youre not listening to me, I cant do that, I am the post master! After shouting at me in such a disgusting way I walked out and went straight to the Pelsall high street post office to be greeted by two lovely ladies who scanned, printed and returned my parcel for me in seconds. I will never return to Bloxwich Post Office again - what an arrogant and rude man !!!!
