        I wud give them a minus 5 stars. Since they have gone digital it's a nightmare. 101 is a waste of time long waits. They Shud answer the phone as not everyone wants to go web chat. No wonder!???? Where are the police

        My sons car was stolen, we had proof of the perpetrator but the police never followed up. Numerous phone calls to find out were met with 'The officer dealing with the case is not available' I was travelling through Pelsall yesterday early evening, six lads on motorcycles went through the village two at speed on one wheel. some without crash helmets. I have the video but its a waste of time talking to the police.
