250320 total chaos (covid 19) panic by staff only 2 alloud in including those collecting meds or being called back in to be told no meds available. Better off going to Bloxwich high street for guaranteed order and medication. Helpful staff though you may have to come back following day for all of your meds as not always in stock on day

This is the worst chemist ever!, Staff haven't a clue about what they are doing, my mother's surgery is next door so her prescription goes to the chemist, who then tell me what day to pick the item's up. Usually it is 3 days, but when i or my sister go over there we have to wait, sometimes up to 1/2 HR while they run around like headless chicken's looking for the prescription. When they finally find it we have to wait for it to be made up, that's if they have all the item's. It's also been known that upon checking the item's we have found some missing and have had to return to the chemist and go through the rigmarole all over again! This happened to my cousin last week, she's 75, suffers from acute COPD and heart problems. After picking up her prescription and returning home she realised that her inhaler's weren't there, so returned to the chemist. She then had to return home and pick up the bag of Meds so she could prove the inhaler's weren't in the bag before she could have them. So after 3 visit's to the chemist she was absolutely good for nothing and gasping for breath. Later that day she was rushed to hospital feeling ill, she was found to have had an heart attack.! Not helped by the chemist visit's I'm sure. And still waiting after 12 days for 2 items owing on mom's prescription, she's 95 but at this rate she'll be 96 before she receives the item's owing, if ever!!.
