Our mom has been at parklands Bloxwich for 18 months she is in Marlborough house. Leanne and her staff have been doing a great job looking after her. The staff are always friendly and helpful and if we have any concerns they are always available to reassure us. So a big thank you to leanne and staff

Mrs Valerie Harris is being treated very poorly in your care at present. She has been left to mess herself a few times now, in such a short space of time. Your staff are leaving windows open in cold conditions and your staff ignore her like she is a burden on you and it would be great if you could manage to answer the phone once in a wile. What a disgrace.
