        Really could do better of answering the phone in a professional manner, and try to be more accommodating, very unhelpful and quite rude

        Absolutely fantastic service, very understanding of you and your animals needs, came to the house and went through everything we needed and wanted, and for me was cheaper than a cattery. My cat had no stress and was able to go about her normal daily life, and I had piece of mind my house was being monitored also whilst I was away. Would recommend.

        Vicky and Chris are really nice people. Very good with my dog as he is a bit nervous but was brilliant when he was left with them. Well looked after and loved. Very understanding how my dog was as never really leave him anywhere he was really good with the other dogs as he is normally antisocial with other dogs.

        Atlas has stayed on numerous occasions, Vicky keeps us posted with pictures and videos. Atlas loves it there and is always well cared for. Highly reccomended
