Plimbley Travel

Went on a trip to Henley and Marlow. Pauline was our driver and was an absolute professional and so nice and friendly. The coach was immaculate. We had a good amount of time to see each place and we really enjoyed ourselves. Will reccomend this company to everyone. Fantastic customer service, this company really cares.

Very friendly and helpful staff, this will be the second time my friends and I have used them and like them because it's door to door service which is so useful the only complaint we have is that last year we should have had one and a half day excursions we only had a half day which should have been a full day almost a half day and we hardly had time for a cup of tea never mind a look at around. This was due to the driver being a temporary one and didn't know the routine but the rest of the holiday was great, good food, staff and entertainment. We were at the Durrant House Hotel, Bideford

For the first time we went with Plimbley Travel on a day trip down to Bristol, April 5th 2023. Driver was Steve, coach on time picking up in Aldridge. Steve was very informative, polite , coach was very comfortable and even though weather was wet thoroughly enjoyed travelling with Plimbley. Went on a day trip to Chester on Easter Saturday with Pauline and Paul as our driver and courier, they were OUTSTANDING. Everything was done to help and oblige the customers and they were courteous and cheerful throughout. A .lovely trip. Well done.

Great service .comfortable clean coach.our driver dave was a lovely bloke.looked after us well and had a laugh and joke which made the trip even better.
