Fight shack

Been to gyms internationally and have to say, this is one of the best gyms I've ever trained at. The success of its fighters speaks for itself. Rob brings out the best in you and really finds that fire. I've always had a good level of fitness but he always finds a way to get me blowing! Lol Learned some killer techniques that I have caught some great fighters with! Highly recommended.

My son has been training since the age of 7 with Sensai Robert ball and in that time I've saw my son's confidence and ability come on he's fought many times for club winning fights and belts in many different organizations with all the club's around were they give belts away with fight shack you have to earn your belt robert ball will give you 100% if you are willing to give the same back

Great club took me from an over weight guy 20ish stone dropped the weight and learn enough skills to take home two UK gold's and sliver meldel at ico world cup all in under 12 months
