I have given my new number and have had no reminders before the date of my appointment, I'm having it put on a slip that I can easily Lose and the appointments are far apart. We need reminders just before our appointment due date. It would help. I recently joined this practice after having a bad experience years ago, it left me so scared to visit a dentist. My dentist is Jonathan I went today I have had 2 teeth taken out which I wouldnt have ever done before. The nurse was fantastic helping me as I was shaking so much. The receptionist was so helpful too, talking positive to me before going in. Jonathan has now restored my faith in dentistry. Thank you so much for everything Sara

Absolutely amazing dentist .visited here today for an emergency tooth extraction .The young doctor was so professional and kind . She explained the procedure from start to finish and did it with care & professionalism . A really lovely young woman . Wish I could be a permanent patient . Will be checking when they can take new patients . 5 star and very , very highly recommended thanks

The dentist I have is lovely, always put me at ease, the elderly lady you have on reception however is very rude, how she is still working there Ill never know! Rude on the phone, always has a face on her, she makes me feel very uncomfortable when I call or come in, having her at the desk greeting really isnt a good idea if you want to give a good impression.
