        I've been using Salon 69 for nearly 18 years but that is sadly no more. I came in on Friday afternoon around 4:50pm and asked if they had time to cut my hair (bare in mind the shop hours displayed are until 5:30). The look and reaction I got was less than welcoming even given that I knew the staff members (I arrived late because I work until 4:45pm) If you wish to shut at 5pm then display this or close down the shutter so no more people can enter the shop?? I wrote that off given it was a sweltering day and the staff most likely just wanted to get home. I've since returned to the shop last week to be told I can no longer use the salon and must find somewhere else to go as orders from the owner. Given the many years I've been a customer I haven't been given a proper explanation even after contacting a staff member directly. Haircuts - 5 Customer relations - 0
