Howard came and did three feature walls in our house. All three walls have faults, none of the edges are straight, there are gaps between most of the drops and on two of the walls the pattern don't even match up on most of the joins. There is one place where he had clearly ripped the paper but still stuck it down. Round the light switch in one room has a bit missing on one side. He had tried to give us many excuses, including saying it's our fault that we hadn't got all the same batch number for the front room originally, but we then got all the same batch number and all these faults have still happened. His idea of an acceptable solution is for ME to buy some more wallpaper and to wait SIX WEEKS for him to come and put it right, he has even asked if we would strip the wallpaper to make it easier for him!!! Alternatively he has offered us a 60 refund, again not a great solution considering we now have to pay another decorator to come and strip all three walls and paper them again, and have to buy all new wallpaper for all three rooms at a cost of 140. All in all even taking into account the 60 refund offered, Howards mistakes are going to cost us a further 240, on top of the 160 we paid him. I cannot comment on his painting skills however if anyone wants wallpapering carried out I suggest strongly they look elsewhere
