I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this company, as not only was the product (brass stair rods) we ordered from them excellent quality and look lovely, now my husband has installed them, but I also had extremely good customer service from a young woman called Fay. Almost immediately after I placed the order, I received a text saying my stair rods wld be delivered that day, despite my confirmation email saying it'd be 2-5 days. Given there have been so many delivery scans recently, I rang the company, and spoke to Fay. She agreed it seemed very dodgy, and said she wld contact the factory. I received an email within half an hour, saying she'd spoken to the factory, and they'd only just received my order, so there was no way they'd be delivered that day, so it was definitely a scam. It's lovely to have such a positive experience from a supplier nowadays!

The delivery courier damaged the stair rods I ordered. When I contacted carpet runners they promptly replaced the damaged goods and I was able to fit them without hardly any delay. Very impressed, that's what I call good service. No hesitation to use Carpet Runners again and again. Regards Renzo

Dont buy from this company. They sent us the incorrect colour stair rods, will not provide proof of order, will not accept goods back for simple like for like exchange (even when we have offered to pay for return postage of the incorrect items and delivery of replacements!) How can such irrational, non customer focused business minded people survive in such a competitive market place? Im guessing they wont for much longer if they treat all their customers like us!
