        The manager of the agency is very rude so are the employees. I have been living in a house for 4 years and Ive seen a lot of people come and go. Most of em didnt get their deposit back for no reason. They dont respect the tenancy agreement/ contract and when you say something about it, they threaten you with eviction, police and legal action. Also they accuse you of being aggressive towards them because you simply voice your opinion and stand your ground. DO NOT RENT ANY ROOM/ HOUSE WHEN YOU SEE DISTINCT PROPERTY CONSULTANTS.

        Be wary of Distinct Property Consultants. They will try to keep your deposit. They send you a false inventory then try to charge you for fictional items and cleaning even if you fully clean and paint the property. AVOID these crooks if POSSIBLE!

        I purchased a property from Distinct and then subsequently then let it through Distinct. I have always been really pleased with the service I received. Sarka and her team are always on hand to offer advice, help and guide you through purchasing and letting. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending to Distinct to anyone looking to sell or let their property.

        Sarka and her team offer an outstanding service. All viewings were notified well in advance with a speedy follow up response. I have used Distinct on several occasions to sell and rent out property, and I would thoroughly recommend them. If I could have given her 10 stars I would have!
