I contacted CRM-UK at very short notice with an extremely large and complex CRM migration project. They were honest and realistic about what could be achieved within the timescale. The team at CRM-UK have worked day, night and weekends to deliver on the project and successfully migrated over half a million records from a very complex data structure and have build a CRM system around our business all within the space of a few weeks. Our old CRM system was one of the big well known brands but already at this early stage of the system development I feel we've moved to a much better platform run by people who care about their customers and bend over backward to deliver. A special mention to Phil, Dan, Roy and Avah for their hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend CRM-UK to any business looking for a CRM platform build to work around their customer journey and internal processes. An excellent bunch who really care about the successful implementation of CRM Software. Their customer support is 2nd to none and when you ring, you always speak with someone who knows who you are. The CRM Software they install was the only software that completely integrates with MS Outlook and MS Exchange.
