(Translated by Google) A very bad hospital in dealing with patients who are at their own expense from government agencies such as (Qatar - Kuwait .. etc.) I am one of the people who suffered from this hospital, and I swear by God. By God, what I say is a martyr, and the translators. My rating for them is 6/10 as well. (Original) ( - .. ) 6/10

Fabulous building and location, yet extremely poor doctor experiences each visit (endocrinology and thyroid clinics). They are aware of the power they have, and it is an abuse of it, alongside a lack of specialist knowledge. Additionally my last appointment was at 12pm, and she (the doctor) wanted to zip through it, telling me after 15 minutes how she was holding up other patients. A busy waiting room was empty when I came out. She had additionally not even bothered to read other accompanying literature previously sent in. The endocrinologist I had seen prior had been even worse. The overseers should do a better job of what is going on in the consulting rooms at UCLH, and not rely on throwing a lot of NHS money on appearances. I am fortunate at having been able to find my own answers by throwing a lot of money on natural health care, until finding something that works. Seeing the doctors here has provided no answers, and they have continued to throw the spanner in the works against personal progress I have managed to make. I am seeking other specialist help outside of London, hopefully where the medical professionals are better vetted.

Great hospital. Been under the care of Professor Haddad and his team for over 20 years. Caring empathetic and down to earth. Great surgeon and a lovely person. His secretary Miss Felix is always available and ready to help.

This hospital is 1st class and I consider myself privileged to be a patient of Mr Markakis and his amazing team. My bariatric surgery exceeded my expectations and I felt like I was in a private hospital. Everybody I encountered was friendly and professional from the pre op assessment to day surgery team to the stay on the ward. I was very well looked after. I also appreciated the excellent communication via the mycare app which made it so easy to keep up with appointments, letters and test results.

Some excellent departments. Haematology, Mr. Raul Patel for knees. If you want orthotics then forget this place. And please, please can somebody get rid of Mycare. Im very well educated and intelligent but this is pure gibberish. Rang them up for help and advice. Got a voicemail saying they were all working from home and please DONT leave a message. What on earth were they working on. Covid has been a excellent excuse to clove the PALS office and to keep it closed
