Thai Metro

I am major Thai food fan. Been visiting many Thai restaurants across the globe. However, I was surprised to experience and dine in a Thai restaurant with low hospitality. The customer service was poor and shocking. 3 of us were speechless with the reaction and attitude of the server (a guy) when we asked about certain food. A good customer service in any business goes a long way. Will not visit this place or suggest to anyone.

Would have given 0 stars but was not an option. Really rude staff and bad customer service. Food was average.

The food is good. Staff is terrible. They served us non-veg when we asked for veg. We then asked to remove the service charge, they refused - when it is discretionary. Wont ever go again for the staff.

I am livid! I talked to the staff about my severe gluten allergy. One staff member says all the curries are gluten free. So I order the panang to-go. The girl that took my order chases me down the street and tells me that the panang is not gluten free. I go back and she says the red curry is, so I order that. I was so exhausted, I planned to eat this for lunch the next day. My schedule was insane and after walking over 7 miles the entire day, I come home past 11pm... tired and hungry to discover they have me panang!!!! I am highly allergic, like this would ruin my vacation, end me up in a hospital and cost thousands!!! I obviously can't eat this. The carelessness of not double-checking that they gave me the right order. Not communicating with the kitchen to make sure I am given a gluten-free order when it says it on the ticket. I am beyond upset. I can't eat this. If you have celiac... DO NOT eat here!
