    Please be careful when dealing with them as they have an unreliable customer service. They are not responsive to calls and emails, and cancellation of their service is not possible.

    Virtually There telephone answering service have just one job - to answer your calls. Yet they get it wrong...repeatedly. They don't follow set scripts (and lose them entirely), don't patch enquiries through the right people and, worse still, cannot always pronounce the company names they are working for. All of this would be (sort of) acceptable if customer service was good - or if they pretended to care. But it isn't and they don't. Positive reviews on here are clearly written by or on behalf of Virtually There because they do not reflect the reality on the ground. It's a good company when it comes to sales and getting your money, but a lousy one with anything else, I'm afraid.

    I recently signed up for this virtual phone service for my small business, and I'm extremely disappointed with the experience. First of all, the setup process was confusing and time-consuming, even though the website promised it would be quick and easy. Then, when I finally got everything set up, the call quality was terrible. My clients kept complaining that they could barely hear me, and the calls often dropped out altogether. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. I tried reaching out for help several times, but each time I was left on hold for ages and then passed around between different representatives who seemed to have no idea how to fix my problem. Overall, I would not recommend this virtual phone service to anyone. The poor call quality and terrible customer service make it more trouble than it's worth.
