    Be careful. One day they will block your account and they won't disclose you their reasoning . For us they just failed to open account ,not big deal . Aiwalex:While we cannot disclose the reasoning for any decisions around why an application has been rejected,

    Another not properly regulated institution entering the UK market and being supper elective and probably discriminative about their onboarding process. They should be banned imitating any business and provide full explanation for any rejection. This is a response we have received : I understand this decision can cause frustration if you do not get the outcome you were hoping for. While we cannot disclose the reasoning for any decisions around why an application has been rejected, we do take time to carefully review each case and ensure a fair review process has been undertaken. There should be a transparent and free information basis on these companies. Who would know if the person who rejected the application wasnt discriminative ? What safeguard is in place for these pop up firms ?

    Save yourself some time and go with Revolut instead. Long and failed onboarding because, quote: "Our onboarding team has reviewed the information provided in your application and unfortunately your business falls outside our current scope. Our decision is based on a broad number of factors, which you can read more about here." Nowhere can you find any information what their "current scope" is. My business is fully compliant with "Acceptable use policy". Funnily enough, that policy applies to people who already have an account with Airwallex, but not to people who are applying for one. You're going to waste time to complete their KYC, then wait for 3 4 days only to get no reply, then contact support which is going to tell you everything is going to be reviewed soon. Then after a week, you will get a rejection without explanation. I've opened an account at Revolut in parallel and got it up and running in 4 days. Airwallex, perhaps go and learn how do to this business from them.

    Pointless, we got denied for a simple bank account for our business. And in their T&C's they have every industry listed that they can reject, probably just want companies with the highest revenue to make money of the transaction fees.

    After several interactions and thoughtful analysis I have come to the conclusion that this service is rubbish and people and businesses should stay away and opt for more professional service providers. I understand how frustrated you at Airwallex must feel about this. However my policy prevents me from sharing what the reason is for the low rating and the warning to anyone considering your service to stay far far away.
