They should be banned imitating any business and provide full explanation for any rejection.
This is a response we have received :
I understand this decision can cause frustration if you do not get the outcome you were hoping for. While we cannot disclose the reasoning for any decisions around why an application has been rejected, we do take time to carefully review each case and ensure a fair review process has been undertaken.
There should be a transparent and free information basis on these companies. Who would know if the person who rejected the application wasnt discriminative ? What safeguard is in place for these pop up firms ?

Long and failed onboarding because, quote:
"Our onboarding team has reviewed the information provided in your application and unfortunately your business falls outside our current scope. Our decision is based on a broad number of factors, which you can read more about here."
Nowhere can you find any information what their "current scope" is. My business is fully compliant with "Acceptable use policy". Funnily enough, that policy applies to people who already have an account with Airwallex, but not to people who are applying for one.
You're going to waste time to complete their KYC, then wait for 3 4 days only to get no reply, then contact support which is going to tell you everything is going to be reviewed soon. Then after a week, you will get a rejection without explanation.
I've opened an account at Revolut in parallel and got it up and running in 4 days. Airwallex, perhaps go and learn how do to this business from them.
