Horrendous service - the staff there couldn't care less about the experience. 2 stars because sometimes they have good sofas at decent prices

I bought a sofa over a year ago, delivery was good, sofa arrived earlier than expected. Sofa is lovely and built well.

Dreadful service, went there to compare 2 sofas and asked for advice. They didnt have any knowledge and clearly didn't want to be bothered. Will buy through a competitor

DO NOT buy from DFS. The delivery takes ages and either the online and the call support are the worse you will get. They are a mess and you can not trust.

I have had the same exact experience as Cos Fernando, except almost seven months in I have still not received my sofa. They will lie to you and timelines will overrun with no outreach, you have to waste HOURS chasing them every 72 hours. They are not a real company, expect the same service or quality as if you had reached out to the Chinese manufacturer directly, just with the markup of London prices. And as the other review stated, they offer at best 10% to make things right, which is not nearly enough to make up for the horrendous experience. They likely still pocket most of your money, and your 10% refund will barely cover a cushioned airbed in the corner of your house that is without a sofa for more than half a year.
