    Absolutely disgusting service. Paid a security deposit on a room, given a fortnight to complete my application. Completed the application with 9 days to spare. Gave notice at my current accommodation. Just to be told they had given the room to someone else (probably a friend or family). I'm now left with nowhere to live and have had no response to my complaint or justification around what they have done. If this is the level of care they have for their clients before even moving in what an earth are they going to be like as landlords. Strongly suggest avoiding and finding housing that at least operates under a legal framework

    Worst landlord I have had. Did not return our deposit for 2.5 months and tried to charge us for things that were clearly not our fault eg cracks in the ceiling. Also did not tell us about the fact that there was a prepaid gas meter when moving in which was a hassle to change.
